JTL-Software and Mollie have partnered to provide enhanced payment options to the merchants using JTL’s eCommerce solutions.
Mollie’s payment services will be integrated into JTL’s eCommerce solutions to provide both online and offline payment solutions, including the ability to processes transactions directly in the JTL enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, the companies said in a Monday (July 15) press release.
“By working closely together, we will be able to offer both merchants and service partners customized payment solutions that are tailored to their exact requirements,” Sebastian Evers, CEO of JTL, said in the release. “At a time when eCommerce is becoming increasingly complex, we are creating seamless shopping experiences.”
JTL’s solution portfolio encompasses all areas of eCommerce, including a merchandise management system, a marketplace interface, a shop system, a mobile checkout app and a warehouse management system, according to the release.
In combination with Mollie’s payment services, JTL offers solutions that enable retailers to manage refunds, to use simpler reporting options, and to deploy an omnichannel solution for both online and offline operations, per the release.
“We are delighted to expand our partnership with JTL and offer our 1,600 joint customers an enhanced payment experience,” Annett Polaszewski-Plath, managing director DACH at Mollie, said in the release.
In another recently announced partnership, Mollie said on July 3 that it teamed up with buy now, pay later (BNPL) provider Riverty to offer a 30-day invoicing solution to Mollie customers. With this solution, Mollie customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria can offer end users the option to pay later.
In May, Mollie launched an in-person payments solution called Mollie Terminal that will be available first in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands and later this year in other European markets. Mollie Terminal meets the needs of merchants who operate both brick-and-mortar and online stores.
Mollie also partnered with Billie in March to offer B2B BNPL first in Germany and later across Europe. The service enabled by this partnership gives business customers 30 days to pay for the goods they have purchased while, at the same time, the merchants selling those items get paid upfront.
