JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – We have received a ton of feedback about the News4JAX Weather app and we are here to make it right.

We are asking that everyone send their honest feedback to support@grahamdigital.com from the weather app on their phone.

Please head to the News4JAX Weather App, click the hamburger menu, and click settings. From there, click email support. This will automatically place helpful information into the email from your phone. Type in the problems you are experiencing and press send.

We aim to deliver the best user experience and value the feedback we’ve received.
