During the Capcom Next event, the publisher revealed new information for Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, the Resident Evil 7 iOS port, and Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster. It was revealed during the event that Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster will be released on September 19th, just 11 weeks from now.
Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster will launch first with a digital release on PC via Steam, PS5, and Xbox Series X, followed by a physical release in November. All platforms will also be capable of 4K/60fps for high-fidelity zombie slaying.
A Digital Deluxe edition will be available, containing 17 new costumes for Frank and 17 BGMs that can be played in the shopping mall. Finally, players pre-ordering Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster on any platform will receive Frank’s outfit and the Willamette Parkview Mall Be outfit from the original 2006 game, as well as his Chuck Greene outfit from Dead Rising 2.
Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster will be a cheaper release too, with it selling for $40 for the Standard Edition and $50 for the Deluxe Edition. It is available to pre-order now. While you wait for the new game to release, the other entries in the series are currently on sale at either 75 or 80% off as part of the Steam Summer Sale.
