The man whose body was found outside a Paradise Township business early Wednesday morning had been run over by a commercial vehicle, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Jason Lutz, 44, of Kirkwood in Colerain Township, was struck just before midnight near the 3300 block of Lincoln Highway East (Route 30).
The Lancaster County Coroner’s Office identified Lutz on Wednesday afternoon and said an autopsy is scheduled for Friday morning.
A coroner investigator responded around 6:15 a.m. and found Lutz in the driveway outside the offices of McClarigan CPAs & Advisors. Lutz was pronounced dead at the scene and his body showed signs of physical trauma caused by a motor .
Kevin McClarigan, the owner of the business, said Wednesday morning that the body was reported to police around 4 a.m. He said he shared security footage with police.
The area where Lutz was found is near the Latte Luv coffee shack and a Bank of Bird-in-Hand building.
Police continue to investigate.
