Carlos Alcaraz will be aiming to keep his incredible summer going with a push for a gold medal at the 2024 Olympics in Paris.

The Spanish powerhouse successfully retained his Wimbledon men’s singles title in July, beating rival Novak Djokovic for the second year in a row in the final.

However, an Olympic experience is a new stage for Alcaraz, as he makes his tournament debut in the singles and doubles events, alongside the iconic Rafael Nadal in the latter.

When is Carlos Alcaraz’s next match at 2024 Olympics?

Alcaraz will take on Hady Habib in the first round of the singles tournament on Sunday, July 28. A start time is yet to be confirmed.

The first round of men’s action gets underway on Saturday, July 27, with the order of play on most days starting from 6 a.m. (ET) / 3  a.m. (PT) onwards.

The men’s doubles tournaments will start on July 27. The singles gold medal final is set for Sunday, August 4 with the doubles final on Saturday August 3,

Despite not appearing at the Olympics, Alcaraz has already marked himself out as a star ready to dominate the sport in the coming years.

Since his grand slam debut in 2021, the Spaniard has won four major titles including a 2024 double of Wimbledon and the French Open.

Alcaraz will be hoping the latter can help his Olympic challenge in a return to Roland-Garros.
