Three Aircare employees have been awarded Institute of Leadership and Management certificates, the company said.
Aaron Chase and Corey Davies earned ILM Level 2 certificates and Jason DeMello achieved an ILM Level 3 certificate.
Aircare general manager Brendan Stones said: “Congratulations to Aaron, Corey and Jason on achieving their ILM certificates.
“Leadership and management are important skills to have when managing complex HVAC projects and services. I look forward to seeing them put their skills to use to enhance our company operations for the benefit of our customers.”
The ILM leadership training programme is an internationally recognised programme, facilitated by Bermudian firm, Management Solutions, for Aircare staff.
The programme took place over a nine-month period where the employees engaged in face-to-face and distance learning, focusing on various leadership styles, skills and qualities.
According to an Aircare spokesman, the three implemented their newly acquired skills into their everyday work functions and “provided feedback on their impact within their teams”.
The employees have described the programme as very enlightening, life changing, impactful within the workplace and transferable to personal life situations, said the spokesman.
Mr Chase, Mr Davies and Mr DeMello were presented with their certificates of completion by Jayne Burnes and Anna Mackenzie from Management Solutions.
They were also required to deliver short presentations on what they had learnt, implemented and intend to implement in the future.
