As the aviation and aerospace industries continue to grapple with supply chain issues such as lack of capacity and expanding lead times, a supply chain partner who can provide speed, reliability and availability of inventory can play a crucial role. This session will feature a leading supply chain solutions provider that has grown exponentially through an integrated strategy. Included in the discussion will be key areas of focus that have driven its success, including: integrating workforces and inventories; simplifying the supply chain for aircraft manufacturers, MRO providers and the suppliers who provide the parts and materials needed; and technologies that increase efficiencies to simplify purchasing and inventory management.

BA Director of Sustainability will talk about their roadmap to net zero by 2050 or sooner, and some of the new initiatives they are working on as part of their £7bn investment programme into transforming British Airways. They will also discuss their industry-leading partnerships and the work they are doing to create a culture of sustainability that’s visible to their customers and colleagues. Finally, they will discuss why its so important that they continue to work together as an industry, innovate, showcase new ideas and drive forward improvements so that they keep seeking opportunities to act faster and deliver benefits sooner.
