Contemporary artist Daniel Arsham teams up with Team Ikuzawa to unveil a bespoke-livery historic car at the 2024 Goodwood Revival. The event, scheduled from September 6-8 will feature this stunning automotive piece as well as an exclusive, limited-edition capsule collection. The collaboration is born out of the shared passions and friendship of Daniel Arsham, Mai Ikuzawa, and The Duke of Richmond.
Daniel Arsham often integrates themes of time, decay, and archaeology into his work. Team Ikuzawa, founded by Japanese racing driver Tetsu Ikuzawa, has a rich motorsport heritage. From the 1960s to the 1980s, Tetsu Ikuzawa made significant contributions to both Japanese and international motorsport. Today, his daughter Mai Ikuzawa continues to honor this legacy. Team Ikuzawa’s collaborations with luxury brands and artists have positioned them in the automotive world, and their partnership with Daniel Arsham for the Goodwood Revival continues this dedication to the racing community.
