The Gate City Grays held their third annual celebrity game for charity Thursday.
The game featured team Grays vs. team Cardinals.
KPVI’s own Kade Calvin and Misty Inglet played for the Grays, along with Ryan Cole, of Cole Chevrolet.
Misty brought her big barrel, collecting several knocks for the Grays.
Kade Calvin went 3-for-4 at the plate with 2 RBI’s. Billy Butler would surely be proud.
Kade successfully nailed the donut toss. No doubt one of his greatest athletic achievements in life.
After Kade squeezed into the starting catchers gear and trash talked an owl, things got real.
The Grays squad had a chance in the bottom of the 9th, Cole and Calvin got on base with two outs, but Gonzalez struck out looking.
The Cardinals take this year 12-11.
